Small Mixing Bowl
4 slices of bacon
2 Tablespoons Mayo
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
4 French Bread slices
Butter or Margarine
2 Pieces of Lettuce
1 Put 4 slices of Bacon side by side into a medium skillet. Put the
skillet onto burner. Turn burner to medium-low heat. Cook bacon
6 to 8 minutes or till crisp, turning often with tongs. Turn burner
off. Use tongs to remove bacon from skillet. Put the cooked bacon
onto paper towels to dry.
2 On a cutting board, use a sharp knife to cut 2 slices off
a medium tomato. Get out two pieces of lettuce, and run under cold
water for a few moments. Put next to tomatos.
3 Measure 2 tablespoons mayo and 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
cheese. Put the mayo and Parmesan cheese into a small mixing
bowl. Use a spoon to stir till mixed well.
4 Use a toaster to toast 4 thin slices of french bread. Use a table
knife to spread a little butter on each slice of toast. Only one side, though.
5 For one sandwich, use a table knife to spread half of the mayo mixture
over the buttered side of one slice of toast. Put two slices of
bacon on top of the mayo mixture. Put one thin tomato slice, and
a piece of lettuce, on top of the bacon. Put another slice of
toast, butter side down, on top of the lettuce and tomato. Make another
sandwich the same way. Serve the sandwiches at once. Makes 2 sandwiches.
