Stuff needed to make it

Styrofoam plate
Toilet paper tube
Markers or paint
Tape
White camera film canister
Alka-seltzer tablets
Water

How to make the craft item

Use markers or paint to make designs on toilet paper tub (This is the rocket launcher)
Tape rocket launcher to the center of the plate
Put 1 tbsp water into the film canister
Add 1/2 an alka-seltzer tablet and quickly snap the lid on and drop into the launcher, lid facing down
Stand back, it will launch within a minute
